This was a turn-key project conducted through online video meetings with all teams in South Korea, and I managed it after receiving the key to the site. The work process aligned with the current trend of being able to execute projects remotely, even while not residing in Singapore, which highlights the modern capability to work from anywhere in the world. I made efforts to harmonize the friendly nature of NAVER’s corporate culture with the open and collaborative approach of their employees. As a result, both ‘NAVER CLOUD’ and our company ‘CEUM’ were highly satisfied with the outcome of the project.
